Alison Nicholls is an artist, conservation supporter, and explorer whose creative work is deeply inspired by Africa’s people, landscapes, and wildlife. A long-time friend and advocate of African People & Wildlife, she has spent extended time at the Noloholo Environmental Center teaching art to schoolchildren, designing educational murals, and creating a visual record of APW’s conservation work.
Nicholls lived in Botswana and Zimbabwe for several years and continues to return to Africa to sketch and support conservation projects. Through her Art Inspired by Africa platform, she donates a portion of every sale to conservation causes. She is a member of the Explorers Club and Artists for Conservation and serves as a judge for the annual Sketch for Survival competition.
Her work has been exhibited in galleries and museums across the U.S., helping raise awareness and funds for wildlife conservation. Learn more at www.ArtInspiredByAfrica.com.
